Organic Sunflower and Wheat loaf

I’ve had this bag of flour, from Shipton Mill, lying around for a couple of months but never got around using it. Finally got it out and baked a loaf with 100% of this flour, nothing fancy, just my go to basic loaf recipe.

The bread had a very particular aroma and a delicious texture, soft and.. very hard to describe. It needs to be tasted.
