Chocolate Babka

Now, this is the stuff of dreams. Pillowy dough, chocolaty filling… The kind of bread I have been thinking of doing for a long time and stopping myself as I knew I would just eat the whole loaf in a few hours.

For recipe I used Smitten Kitchens’ Better Chocolate Babka and, having not tried the not better version I can’t really offer any comments on the name apart from saying this version is good enough for me!
