“Had a really lovely time with Alexandra on the micro bakery course. Picked up loads of information and made some lovely loaves, would highly recommend.” Google review, September 2021
“I attended Alexandra's enjoyable "Setting up a gluten free micro bakery course". Due to the current Covid restrictions I was the sole participant which gave me the opportunity to quiz Alexandra on all the elements of setting up a micro bakery which I'd been struggling to figure out. I'd had a real block on the way forward and after spending the day with Alexandra discussing marketing, sales, PR, upscaling etc, etc I felt motivated and inspired to take the next steps. Alexandra's gluten free breads were delicious and I was thrilled to go home with lots of goodies to share with my gluten intolerant son...thanks for the fab recipes Alexandra and for your ongoing support and help :-)” Google Review, February 2021
"I had a wonderful couple of days learning with Alexandra Vaughan of the Crow's Rest Bakehouse in Wakefield. Alexandra was kind, patience and so generous with her time, knowledge and experience - it was a real privilege to learn with her. We made loads of fantastic bread, and Alexandra shared lots of really invaluable information and her own experiences as a baker and a businesswoman. The experience has really helped me to consolidate and build upon my existing experience, deepen and expand my knowledge, and, perhaps most importantly for me, has really lifted my confidence in running my own microbakery. Thank you so much." TripAdvisor review, January 2020.
