In this class, we will discuss different types of gluten-free flours and their properties and we will bake a hand-full of different breads from tin loaves to free form ones.
I will give you all notes from the class and recipes. Please note we will not cover sourdough baking in this class but I am happy to give you notes on how to make a starter and how to convert the recipes from commercial yeast to sourdough.

The class takes place in my home bakery in Wakefield, WF1 5AH.
