Please note that the loaf is produced in the same kitchen as all other wheat breads so I can not guarantee no gluten cross-contamination.
Ingredients - olive oil, water, organic gluten-free flours*, organic ground linseed, organic psyllium husk, salt, organic mixed seeds (linseed, pumpkin, chia, millet, sunflower, poppy). Scaled at 680g dough.
* Flours used can be tapioca, arrowroot, potato, sorghum, oat, millet, maize, buckewheat, teff. Please get in touch if you have any allergies or concerns about what I am using on a given week.

Adding a bit of crunch and nutrition to our gluten-free flours, mixed seeds are combined here for a next level loaf.
