Ingredients - olive oil, water, organic gluten-free flours*, organic ground linseed, organic psyllium husk, salt, organic raw sugar. Scaled at 640g dough.

* Flours used can be tapioca, arrowroot, potato, sorghum, oat, millet, maize, buckewheat, teff. Please get in touch if you have any allergies or concerns about what I am using on a given week.
